U-17 Hurling, Coshlea Gaels v Caherline on July 19th in Effin at 7pm.DEATH NOTICE: It was with great sadness and shock that we learnt of the sudden and untimely passing of our former player Pa Carey (RIP) last weekend. Pa was a brilliant goalkeeper and gave many great performances for Caherline. We extend our deepest sympathy to Pa's father Morgan, his sisters, and brothers and all the Carey and Fitzgerald families, especially his uncle Pat (Dolly) who he always said he looked up to as a goalkeeper. ANNUAL MASS IN INCH SAINT LAWRENCE CEMETERY: on Friday 11th August at 7.30pm. We would welcome musicians and singers to join us at this very special Mass, as we remember our loved ones who have died. Please spread the word among family, friends, near and far. A collection will be taken up at Mass, a lot of work goes into the maintenance of the parish cemeteries.
SPECIAL (2) BROWN ENVELOPE COLLECTION (at the back of your box of envelopes) was taken up on the weekend of 24th /25th June for Peter’s Pence which Pope Francis used for the relief of those most in need. Our Parish is asked to contribute €850.euro. This envelope can be returned together with your weekly envelope.
