CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: Team Limerick Clean-up TLC8 will take place on Good Friday 7th April. The usual clean-up will take place in the village and environs. Please see this newsletter for updates. Registration for the event is still open on teamlimerickcleanup.ie A free Electrical Recycling “drop off day” will take place on Saturday 25th March at Castletroy College between 10am to 4pm. Large electrical appliances, small household, computer equipment, batteries etc. Can be dropped.


Cakes for Cliona’s: Sunday April 2nd Millennium centre 10am - 1pm, Local Transition year students Sarah Whelan and Ella Fallon are fundraising and will walk 100kms of the Camino in aid of Cliona’s Foundation a Limerick based charity that helps families with a seriously sick child. Please come and support our bake sale. We will have lots of goodies and a raffle. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Hour of MERCY/Confessions in Emly Church on Monday 3rd April (Holy Week) with Frs. Seamus Enright & Gerry Moloney 7.30 – 8.30pm. Includes the Sacrament of Penance/

Confession, within a setting of quiet reflection, music, and song. For all of us who missed out on the sacrament of God’s love and mercy during Covid restrictions, this will be a lovely opportunity to reconnect. This ‘Hour of Mercy’ is intended for the people of all parishes in our part of the diocese. It’ll be a powerful way to begin Holy Week. We invite and encourage you to attend.

CAHERCONLISH BLOOD DONATION CLINIC at Millennium Centre - Thursday 30th March 16:45 - 20:00. Both existing and new donors are welcome. The IBTS needs to collect 3,000 units of blood every week to maintain the national blood supply. The issue with blood is that no one knows who will need it, when they will need it, how much they may need, or what type they require.

Social Dance in aid of Teach Drámaíochta on Friday, 31st March in The Teach Cloverfield, Co. Limerick. Eircode:- V94 YT61 Music by: COUNTRY DELIGHT Dancing from 9pm. – 11.30pm. Tea Served. All proceeds to the Teach Drámaíochta maintenance fund

CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 4, 11, 22 & 29. Lucky dip winners were Valerie Walsh, Patrick Reardon, Pat Bourke (Boskill), Emma Carroll (Online) and Nuala & Calvin (Online). Next week’s jackpot will be €11,200 and the draw will be held on Friday night next via Facebook Live. As always, we appreciate everyone's support. JUVENILE TRAINING: Our U5 & U7 players will return to training on Friday March 31st from 6pm - 7pm in the hurling field. Players should bring water, hurley & helmet; hurleys & helmet are available on loan for those starting out. We look forward to seeing you all back and we welcome any new players to the club. MEMBERSHIP: Please note that our membership portal is now open through Foireann. Membership rates are Adult Junior A/B Player - €60; U-21 Player - €40; Juvenile (U-18) - €25 (max of €60 for three or more siblings); Adult Non-Player - €50; U-5 player - €10. We'd appreciate it if membership can be paid as soon as possible, as fixtures are due to kick-off at the end of the month.
