Millennium Centre Sale of Work: Now that the longer brighter days are with us once again you may be considering a declutter of your home, garage, garden etc. The Millennium centre intend to run a sale of work as soon as it is safe to do so and will be happy to accept any saleable unwanted items you may wish to dispose of. Due to covid-19 restrictions this may only be done by prior arrangement. For further information and to make an appointment to drop off items please telephone Declan- 0852885181 or Nancy-0864088485. We regret we will not be able to accept clothing items, shoes, or bedding.
Millennium Centre playground the playground will be open every day from 9 am to 8 pm.
Caherconlish Tennis Club Grounds will be open to the public from 9am to 8pm daily.
Strictly Members Only allowed on the tennis courts, for insurance purposes. Please adhere to government Covid-19 guidelines at all times. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance to all courts. The clubhouse and toilets will remain closed. CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner, numbers drawn were 1, 2, 26 & 27. Lucky dip winners were Seán Kiely, Pádraig O'Keeffe, Jamie, Tom & Mark, Tom Hickey and Sinéad Ryan. Next week’s jackpot will be €6,900 and the draw will be held on Friday night via Facebook Live. As always, we appreciate everyone's support. CLUB MEMBERSHIP: Reminder that Caherline GAA membership for 2021 can now be paid online through the GAA's Foireann website at returntoplay.gaa.ie. With juvenile training up & running again and adult training on the way, it would be great to get membership sorted as soon as possible. If you have any queries on it, please contact your child's coach or any committee member. JUVENILE TRAINING: Our U-15's will train on Monday's from 7pm; our U-17's will train on Wednesday's from 7pm; on Fridays, our U-11's, U-9's & U-7's will train from 6pm on a Friday and our U-13's will also train on Friday's from 7:15pm. We would expect juvenile fixtures to be released by the County Board soon, with games expected to start in early June.
CÚL CAMP: Our Cúl Camp will take place from Mon 28th June to Fri 02nd July, 10am to 2pm each day. Sean McKenna is our camp co-ordinator again this year. All places are to be booked online this year and the kits will be delivered by post to the participants. The camp can be booked though www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie.
GARDA VETTING: Reminder to everyone involved in our juvenile club that you MUST be Garda vetted - if you are unsure of your current status, please reach out to the head coach of your group and we can get it checked with our Child Welfare Officer. Caherconlish GAA Football Club. RETURN TO TRAINING: We started back training the last 2 weeks, we had a good turn out and all were delighted to be out taking part in sports again. It is important that everyone completes the Return to play Health Questionnaire which can be accessed at www.foireann.ie this year. It needs to be completed before every training session and match. If you are having issues, please discuss it with the Coaches before training. Membership All players have to be Registered for the 2021 season to be covered by insurance, Membership for the 2021 season Youth €20- €40 for two or more players. Student: €20 and Adult: €30. LIMERICK DRAW: Reminder that the Club Limerick draw for 2021 is up & running. WEEKDAY PUBLIC MASSES: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am in Caherconlish & Wednesday 10am in Caherline. With the Government restrictions we are presently allowed have 50 people attend Mass. People must wear masks, observe social distancing, and sanitise hands entering and leaving the Church.

ENGINEER’S REPORT ON THE FLOOR OF CAHERCONLISH CHURCH – advises us to replace the present floor which has deteriorated in several places. Thanks to those willing to volunteer to help take up the floor.
A NATIONAL SYNOD will take place to engage with every Catholic in getting their views on what shape the future Irish Church needs to take. How does one best do this? What would be your preferred option for engagement in a conversation process about the Synod? You can place your suggestions in the Safe Box in either Church before 15th May or we (PPC) will send on the accumulated responses to the Bishops. And/ or you might also consider putting forward suggestions on how we as a parish can move forward post-Covid.
