Limerick sports partnership: A 6-week beginner programme designed to help teenage girls feel confident, capable, and comfortable in the gym. HER Moves – Girls Who Lift focuses on learning the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, small-group environment. No experience is needed—this programme is all about building a solid foundation, understanding how to train safely, and gaining confidence using gym equipment. For teenage girls aged 15 – 17.

By the end of the programme, participants will feel more confident walking into any gym and have the knowledge to continue training on their own. Location: JCF Performance Centre, Caherconlish

CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: Commencing on Tuesday next May 12th we are organising a series of volunteer evenings every Tuesday from 7pm to around 8.30pm. We will meet in The Square at 7pm (weather permitting) this week. The plan is to continue for the months of May, June and July. Volunteers, please join us for a cuppa when the work is done.

Tidy Towns have achieved significant progress over the past few years with community involvement. We are competing in the National Tidy Towns and Limerick Going for Gold competitions again this year. To keep our standards high, we ask all residents and businesses to ensure their premises are neat, clean, and weed-free ahead of the unannounced judging.

CAHERLINE GAA: CLUB LOTTO : CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 8, 11, 15, 22 - lucky dip winners were Ger Coffey, Patricia Daly, Mary P Ryan, Seán Franklin and Mags Ryan (Online). St Michael’s Day Care Cappamore : Our Memory Café is a free, welcoming space for people living with dementia or memory difficulties, as well as their families and carers. It takes place on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in St. Michael’s Day Care Centre.
