Millennium Centre Sale of Work: Now that the longer brighter days are with us once again you may be considering a declutter of your home, garage, garden etc. The Millennium centre intend to run a sale of work as soon as it is safe to do so and will be happy to accept any saleable unwanted items you may wish to dispose of. Due to covid-19 restrictions this may only be done by prior arrangement. For further information and to make an appointment to drop off items please telephone Declan- 0852885181 or Nancy-0864088485. We regret we will not be able to accept clothing items, shoes, or bedding.


Millennium Centre playground the playground will be open every day from 9 am to 8 pm.


Caherconlish Tennis Club Grounds will be open to the public from 9am to 8pm daily.

Strictly Members Only allowed on the tennis courts, for insurance purposes. Please adhere to government Covid-19 guidelines at all times. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance to all courts. The clubhouse and toilets will remain closed. Old and new members welcome - please pay your membership at the Millennium Centre. €30 Family membership, €15 Individual membership, €10 students/ seniors.


MILLENNIUM Name Plaque: We are inviting you, your family, your friends, and the wider community to help with our future planning by purchasing; a Name Plaque 6” x 4” (150 x 100 mm) for the sum of €100. You will be registered as a lifetime member of the Millennium Sports and Social Club in return for your support. Your Plaque with your inscription will be displayed prominently in the Millennium Centre and highlighted appropriately. Contact the Millennium Centre for more information.


CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO: We have a winner - well done to John Murphy, Old Barrack Road Caherconlish, who won our jackpot of €6,900 last Friday night! The winning numbers were 6, 14, 21 & 27. Next week jackpot will be €1,500 and the draw will be held on Friday night. CLUB MEMBERSHIP: Reminder that Caherline GAA membership for 2021 can now be paid online through the GAA's Foireann website at returntoplay.gaa.ie. Please note that May 31st is the date by which members must be registered and paid by in order to have voting rights at the next club AGM. CÚL CAMP: Our Cúl Camp will take place from Mon 28th June to Fri 02nd July, 10am to 2pm each day. Sean McKenna is our camp co-ordinator again this year. All places are to be booked online this year and the kits will be delivered by post to the participants. The camp can be booked though www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie. GARDA VETTING: Reminder to everyone involved in our juvenile club that you MUST be Garda vetted checked with our Child Welfare Officer. Caherconlish School 50/50 Draw. 50/50 Draw continues every Thursday. You can get envelopes in Centra, Keith Ryan, Matt Barry, Mrs Hickeys shop, MB Hair Design, Upper Cuts, and the School. Caherconlish AFC are delighted to announce the 1st phase development of the soccer grounds. The club are hoping that the community will support us in trying to achieve this goal. Caherconlish GAA Football Club. RETURN TO TRAINING: We started back training . We had a good turn out and all were delighted to be out taking part in sports again. It is very important that everyone completes the Return to play Health Questionnaire which can be accessed at www.foireann.ie this year. It needs to be completed before every training session and match. If you are having issues, please discuss it with the Coaches before training. Membership :All players have to be Registered for the 2021 season to be covered by insurance, Membership for the 2021 Youth €20- €40 for two or more players. Student: €20 and Adult: €30.

LIMERICK DRAW: Reminder that the Club Limerick draw for 2021 is up & running for 2021. Log onto limerickgaa.ie/club-limerick-draw to join today or make contact with one of the committee members. 50% of your money goes directly to our club and the other 50% goes directly to supporting our county teams. There are great prizes in this draw. You can join the draw anytime. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome Back! We are delighted to be in a position to come together as a community again- to connect with the Lord and one another. We need to do so safely observing the usual restrictions (wear masks, observe social distancing and sanitise hands) with limits of 50 per Mass.

Can you help? We need help from Parishioners who would act as Ushers (10 minutes before and after Mass) to guide people to their seats. A form for offering help/ suggestions at the back of the church.

WEEKDAY MASSES 10am: Tuesday &Thursdays in Caherline; & Wednesday & Fridays in Caherconlish .

DIOCESAN PLAN – “Seeds of Hope 2021 -26” to be launched shortly after 4 years of work/ listening/ preparation. Archbishop asks us to pray for its success.

PARISH ENVELOPES: We thank you for your generosity in returning the weekly/monthly envelopes. These can be put in the safe (brown) box in either Church.

ENGINEER’S REPORT ON THE FLOOR OF CAHERCONLISH CHURCH – advises us to replace the present floor which has deteriorated in several places. Thanks to those willing to volunteer to help take up the floor. We are awaiting sketches for doing the floor.
