CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: Thanks again to everyone who joined us this week in completing several tasks around the village. The unannounced judging for the National Tidy Towns competition will probably take place over the next week. It would be much appreciated if all residents and businesses would ensure that the area is clean, tidy and presentable to all residents and visitors alike, TIDY TOWNS IS NOT ABOUT A COMMITTEE IT IS ABOUT A COMMUNITY. Weather permitting, we will meet again next Tuesday at 7pm in the Square to continue the good work.


Art and Crafts Mythical Magic Summer Camp in the Millennium  Centre August 12th - 16th  from  11am-2pm. Developing creativity and artistic skills. CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 10, 14, 20 & 25. Lucky dip winners were Val Murnane, Sally O'Brien (Online), Ava & Maggie Ryan, Siobhan McKenna (Online) and Annette Corbett. Next week’s jackpot will be €17,400 and the draw will be held on Friday night next via Facebook Live. CLUB LIMERICK DRAW: Congratulations to the Caherline winners in the May Club Limerick Draw - Tony Collins picks up a €500 voucher for Gleeson's Sports & Mark Hehir won €200. CÚL CAMP 2024: The Caherline Cúl Camp will take place from June 24th - 28th in the hurling field, from 10am - 2pm each day. Bookings are now open via www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie/.


Annual Boher Charity Cycle – 31 May, at 7.15pm  We look forward to welcoming you all once again to this fantastic evening of catching up and of course doing a small bit of cycling (40Km with options of a shorter cycle along the usual route) and raising money to enable Cliona's Foundation to continue the great work they do.   We have our Idonate page open and ready to take your donation, https://www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/Bohercycleforcliona you can also donate on the night of the cycle. Sign in from 6.15pm at Boher Community Centre and the Cycle will start at 7.15pm. Refreshments will be served in the community centre after the cycle.

A New CEMETERY Maintenance Committee has been formed: A special thanks to those who have put Caherconlish & Inch St Lawrence Cemeteries into great shape.   It is a work in progress for everyone to see how the duties to the following graveyards can be properly carried out - Ballybrood & Kilmurry. We welcome any available assistance – if you can help out in any way don’t hesitate.  It is imperative that we don’t put the burden of this on a few people. Good news for Caherline - Road Safety Improvement Works will be carried out under The Active Travel Programme at the junction at Caherline Church and School. Section 38 showing the proposed work will be advertised shortly on the Council website for 4 weeks. We are grateful to the County Council and local Councillors for making this possible.
