Update from Cllr Brigid Teefy on the Caherconlish Road Works R513: Limerick City and County Council wish to advise that road restoration works are scheduled to begin on TUESDAY, 5th AUGUST. The works will commence with drainage works from the Newtown junction towards the village. During the road works, a traffic management system will be in operation to manage traffic flow. While we aim to minimize disruption as much as possible, there will be instances where certain sections of the road will require a full closure for Health and Safety reasons. To ensure smooth traffic flow when possible and to keep you informed, a Traffic Management plan will be published closer to the start date of the road works. Additionally, we will provide ongoing updates to keep you informed of any developments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this period of road works. Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
