Clothes Bank : There is now a clothes bank located in the Millennium Centre car park beside the playground.

Caherconlish Montessori: Joe & Helen O’ Riordan are planning to open a Montessori Service at the Millennium Centre, Caherconlish after the summer break. We are now looking for bookings for children for FREE Preschool places (ECCE) for September. Children from 2 years & 8 months up to 5 years are entitled to 2 years FREE Preschool. We are also registered for the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) which provides childcare subsidies for children who do not yet qualify for the ECCE Scheme. We have been running Caherelly Kids Montessori & After School since 2006 and also have our daughter Katie & local Early Years Practitioners as part of our team. CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Limerick Going for Gold Tidy Towns Category 2024. This category has a top prize of €10,000 with additional runner up prizes. The competition includes a radio interview on Limerick Live 95’s Today show followed by an online public vote. This interview is due to take place on Thursday  August 15th between 10am and 12midday. We would appeal for your support. To vote for us go to the Limerick Going for Gold page on the Live 95 website THERE IS NO COST TO THE VOTER. Voting starts after the interviews at 12 midday and finishes at 12 midnight on the 15th of August only.


The Annual Joe Wright Tractor run will take place on Sunday 4th August. A great day for family, friends and community. Anyone interested in helping out with the day would be appreciated, a big shout for the stewards and good bakers. We want Tractors, Tractors and more Tractors. There will be the annual kids pedal tractor/go cart run.


CAHERLINE GAA CLUB  No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 1, 3, 4 & 21. Lucky dip winners were Brendan Heelan, Ann Hourigan, Molly Fitzgerald, Ann, Carmel & Angela and Marie Quaine (Online). ANNUAL Mass in Inch Saint Lawrence Cemetery: on Friday 9th August at 7.30pm.  Please spread the word among family, neighbours and friends  near and far. A collection will be taken up at this Mass. A lot of work and money goes into the maintenance of the parish cemeteries.

Booking a Baptism. Five weeks’ notice is required when booking a Baptism. Baptisms are celebrated on Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 12noon. Requests forms are available from either Church or online at our Parsh website. http;//www.cccpp.ie to download the form. You must return the completed forms together with a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate to either Church, a member of the Baptismal team will be in contact with you when completed forms are received.
