CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: A big planting scheme was completed at the Knockatanna entrance to the village this week. The area at the Caherconlish Road Sign has been planted with a large amount of mostly pollinator friendly plants. Thank you to the English family for their help and co-operation. We would like to thank Wesley Power, Ronan and Pat from Elanco Animal Health for their volunteering day with us. Their help is greatly appreciated. A big thank you to the staff of the Millennium Centre for the refreshments on the day and to the staff of Limerick City and County Council for their help with this project. Planting was also completed at the entrance to Caherconlish Church this week.
Caherconlish GAA Football Club: Clothes Collection: We will have a clothes collection and will Saturday 8th October in the Millennium Centre 9am to 2pm. We also can collect, or you can drop them off to us anytime just contact a committee member. Once again Thanks to everyone that support us.

A total of 50,907 in refunds has been received from the Revenue Commissioners. Please return the CHY3 form which must be refilled every 5 years. Forms also at the back of the Church. Absolute confidentiality and privacy are guaranteed. We do not receive any personal details or info from the Revenue Commissioners.
Each day throughout the month of October, the Church invites you to pray the ROSARY. Joyful Mysteries (Monday & Saturday). The Sorrowful Mysteries (Tuesday & Friday). The Glorious Mysteries (Wednesday & Sunday). The Mysteries of Light (Thursday). The Rosary is made up of five decades (one Our Father, ten Hail Marys & one Glory be).
The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind will be holding their annual Dog Walk on Sunday 9th October at 12pm. Starting at the Pavilion (University of Limerick, North Campus), the walk will travel through the scenic UL grounds taking in the riverbank and the pedestrian Living Bridge and will take around 45 minutes - you don't even need a dog to join in

CAHERLINE GAACLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 1, 7, 9 & 19. Lucky dip winners were Roberta McShera (Online), Mike Toomey, Mena & Caoimhe, Brid Hickey and Steve Enright. INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP: The lads will face off against Kilmallock in the relegation final this coming Sunday October 9th in Hospital at 12 noon. U-17 SHIELD SEMI-FINAL: Mr. Binman U-17 Hurling Division 3 Shield semi-final, played in Caherconlish, Caherline: 2-17 Croagh/K'finny/R'keale: 3-7. Great win lads, well done, a county final awaits! U-13 HURLING: Phil Power Cup result from last Sunday evening at 5:30pm in Caherconlish, Caherline 1-07, Cappamore 2-08. COBI SPORTS: Once again we have linked up with COBI sports to open up the online Caherline club shop with lots of new designs and gear. The online shop is now open, with all orders planned for delivery early Dec. Note: This will be the only way to place an order for Caherline club gear and all orders will be delivered to and distributed by the club. The club shop will close on October 13th.
