Lottery Syndicate Fundraiser for the Millennium Centre: it is the last week and unfortunately, we have not won big. CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 5, 6, 12 & 26. JUNIOR A CHAMPIONSHIP: Brilliant game of hurling in Claughaun last Sunday, our Junior A's taking a super win, 2-19 to 2-14. Brilliant desire within the panel and it was evident from everyone on the field. Very well-done lads, we've a semi-final to look forward to against St Patricks on October 29th in Knocklong at 7:30pm. U-13 HURLING: Our U-13's had a good run out against Cappamore last Sunday afternoon, Cappamore taking the win 1-12 to 2-05. We had a panel of 23 togged off which is great to see. We will play Sean Tracey's in the next week or two in Caherconlish, date & time to be confirmed. PARISH ENVELOPES: We thank you for your generosity in returning the weekly/monthly envelopes. Weekly basket collection is replaced by putting offerings in the safe box and box left out during Masses at the end of the Church.
