ST PATRICK DAY DINNER : The Millennium Centre is providing a Traditional Irish Bacon and Cabbage Dinner for take out on Wednesday 17th March "St Patrick's Day" cost €10.00 per person. For bookings and enquiries please phone 0852885181. Booking close on Monday 15th March at 2 pm.

Millennium Centre playground the playground will be open every day from 10am to 5.30 pm.


MILLENNIUM Name Plaque: We are inviting you, your family, your friends, and the wider community to help with our future planning by purchasing; a Name Plaque 6” x 4” (150 x 100 mm) for the sum of €100. You will be registered as a lifetime member of the Millennium Sports and Social Club in return for your support. Your Plaque with your inscription will be displayed prominently in the Millennium Centre and highlighted appropriately. Contact the Millennium Centre for more information.


CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: A big thank you to all who helped in the restricted clean-up from the village to Beary’s cross recently. A total of 35 bags of rubbish were collected on the day. Team Limerick Clean-up, TLC6 will take place on Good Friday 2nd April. This will be a “different but doable” event, due to covid restrictions. Registration is only being accepted from individuals and those within their household bubble. Anybody interested in participating can visit www.teamlimerickcleanup.ie.

CAHERLINE GAA CLUB:LOTTO: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, our club lotto remains suspended. CLUB LIMERICK DRAW: Reminder that the Club Limerick draw for 2021 is up & running...the first draw for 2021 will take place on Saturday morning, 27th March. Log onto limerickgaa.ie/club-limerick-draw to join today or reach out to any committee member. 50% of your money goes directly to our club and the other 50% goes directly to supporting our County teams. This is a great opportunity for everyone to give their support to club and county. MEMBERSHIP: Caherline GAA membership for 2021 can now be paid online through the Gaa's Foireann website at returntoplay.gaa.ie. This is the same website where the health questionnaires were filled out before training & matches during the latter end of 2020. While we will not be back hurling for a while, membership is necessary for insurance coverage when we do return. If you have not already registered on this system, you will have to register with a username and password and assign Caherline GAA as your club. Once logged in, you will see the membership tab on the left-hand side, click on this and you will see the different membership options available. Click on ‘register’ with the membership option applicable to you; you will be taken to a secure payments link (operated by Stripe) and your payment can be made here by card, directly to the club. Membership for 2021 is as follows:- Adult Player = €40; Adult non-player = €30; U-21 = €30; All U-18's = €20 (Max €50 per family).


Caherconlish GAA Football Club. RETURN TO TRAINING: The GAA has issued advice to clubs and counties for activities that are permissible and not permissible in 2021 until further notice. Under Level 5 of the plan for living with Covid-19, individual training only is permitted for GAA clubs. Neither adult nor underage teams may train collectively & club games are not permitted. Fundraiser. We are continuing with our old clothes collection and will hold a collection day in late April date to be confirmed. We also can collect, or you can drop them off to us anytime just contact a committee member. Once again Thanks to everyone that support us.

We know Patrick chiefly from his own writings. CAHERLINE CHURCH open Sundays 10am to 5pm. Weekday opening dependent on volunteers coming forward - to open the church & sanitise it - 15mins with machine – the ball is in your court!


Trocaire 2021 Envelopes/ Boxes at back of Church. The idea is that every time you curse, swear, or kick the cat, you fine yourself €2! You place the fine in the Trócaire Box and you bring the full box along to the Church at Easter.


SPECIAL BROWN 1 ENVELOPE COLLECTION on 21/22nd March for Diocesan Needs. Accord, personnel employed in Diocesan Office, Finance person, Child Protection & GDPR. Our parish asked to contribute 10,200e.


HAPPY Mother’s Day - Loving God, We thank you for the Love of the Mothers you have given us. Whose Love is so precious that it can never be measured. Whose patience seems to have no end. May we see you loving hand behind them and guiding them. We ask you to Bless them with your own special Love. We pray for those who are grieving the loss of their Mother for those who have experienced the wonder of an adopted Mother’s Love for families separated by war or conflict. Lord, give them your special Blessing. We remember with Love and Gratitude All our mothers living and dead on this Mother’s Day.
