Caherconlish Tennis Club: Due to essential maintenance the tennis court opening date has been delayed. The tennis court will now be opening on May 15th. We apologise for any inconveniences caused. Joker Fundraiser: Next Draw Friday 12th May at 10pm. The Jackpot is now €160. No jackpot winner. Winner of €20 Peter and Sean. The cost of entry is €2. Thank you all for your continued support, funds raised go towards the upkeep of the Millennium Centre.


A Pop-up Shop in the Millennium Centre on Saturday 10th June 2023 from 10am to 3pm. All proceeds are in aid of the Millennium Centre. For any items to be donated, contact Nancy Lane on 086 408 8485 or staff in the centre. Looking for delph, small items of furniture, toys, and costume Jewellery. No clothes or large furniture items on this occasion.


Exercise classes in Millennium Centre Caherconlish every Wednesday 12-1pm. Run by Dr Anne O'Malley, Chartered Physiotherapist. Suitable for building bone density, balance, and muscle strengthening. Low/ moderate intensity. Booking essential 087-9227124.


Health and Wellbeing Programs: Living Well this is being run in our Network in Caherconlish 28th April- 2nd June 10:30-1pm every Friday in the Millennium Centre. This is a free program for people living with a long-term health condition or caring for someone with one.


Social Dancing: Saturday May 13th, music by Teddy and Cathal. Dancing at 9pm. Adm €10.

Crafty Angels Sewing Group: Sewing Group every Monday from 10.00am-12.00pm.

CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner - numbers drawn were 3, 21, 27 & 28. CAHERLINE FIRST COMMUNION DAY Saturday 13th May 11am.


COMHGAIRDHEAS to the 24 children who made their first Communion in Caherconlish. We were blessed with a beautiful day and the new interior greatly enhanced the ceremony. Thanks to all who decorated the Church and everyone who helped make the ceremony one to remember.


A SPECIAL GIFT (combination of three symbols) at the back of both Churches this weekend, for each person who undertook to pray each day for a Communion child (courtesy of the Communion Committee).

ST. PATRICK’S MISSIONARIES (Priests & laypeople) - KILTEGAN MISSION APPEAL 20/21st MAY; a Kiltegan priest will speak at both weekend Masses on 20/21st May. Some priests in our Archdiocese have worked with them in Kenya. In these appeals, the donations go directly to the people on the ground where they are working in Africa, West Indies and South America. I encourage you to be generous to this appeal. You might be familiar with their ‘Africa’ magazine.
